Tips for Using Tithely TAP with Your Phone

For iPhone Users

  • Simply hold the top edge of your phone (near the camera) against or within an inch of the disk.

  • Keep it there for 1–2 seconds until a notification appears.

  • Tap the notification to open the link.

  • If nothing happens, unlock your phone and try again.

For Android Users

  • Make sure NFC is turned on in your phone’s settings (Settings → Connections → NFC).

  • Hold the center back of your phone against the TAP disk.

  • Keep the phone steady for a second or two until the link appears.

  • Tap the message that pops up to open the page.

Helpful Tips for Everyone

  • Remove thick wallet-style cases if the phone doesn’t respond.

  • Move the phone slowly across the disk if it doesn’t read the first time.

  • The phone must be unlocked for the link to open.
